Hi, I have ordered couple of items at Whaaky.com on 24th Mar 2014 and my order number is S80265502. As displayed in their web site I suppose to receive the goods with in 7 to 10 days, but its almost 17 days by now. I sent emails to their customer support but there was no response.
As I didn’t receive response to my mail I tried to call their customer support number 95334 95334 multiple times. But it is preloaded with some standard message that your customer support executives are busy and the call getting disconnected. If the customer support executives are really busy then we should be in waiting list, as per the rule until the customer himself disconnect the call the vendor cannot disconnect by their own. Either they should give an option to customer where they can schedule a call back option from their end that to be on customers consent.
I am suspecting this is not an authenticated site its fake. I request the the concerned government departments close their operations with immediate effect. And my advice to all that please purchase anything from this site still if you are tempted to purchase atleast dont pay in advance.
