dear Sir/ Madam, I purchased a product from Whaaky.com (order no. S80490363) which i received via courier(ARAMEX) on 22/07/2014 but the product is totaly different as i order so i want to return the product. I mailed my request on [email protected] on 23/07/2014 & also tried many times on the customer support no 95334 95334 but no response. I want to return my order no. S80490363 ( Pack of 5 trousers of different sizes ) instead of 3 Ladies Jeans – Cotton County Brand. . So I want to return the trousers and i want 3 jeans of Cotton County Brand. Kindly let me know the procedure & policy of returning the product & also let me know whether you can refund the full amount purchased for the product. Kindly note that i received the courier of order no S80490363 on 22/07/2014 via ARAMEX. Kindly revert at the earliest.

With the reference of below email , I would like to go for refund option for below mention items instead of replacement because so far whatever products you guys delivered to me having big quality issue and very very cheap category products which is not meet my standard hence I don’t want go far replacement will go for only and only refund so please don’t force for replacement otherwise I will fill case against this company . I have enough evidence to prove how you guys foolish to customer showing something on website and delivering cheap quality footpath product this is not good for business and customer satisfaction. The rule for business is to consider customer is god and you guys should process my refund ASAP for below mentioned item. Today I am sending back these items via courier service and you guys will get product in next 4 to 7 days. I will send you the courier docket number in next email. Once the product will receive from your end. Please acknowledge me and process the refund process ASAP. I am losing my money in courier stuff even this only and only company Whaaky mistake and calling on daily basis to call center paying unnecessary STD charges even call center not receiving the phones and not even responding. Please process my request on high priority basis. Please find the below details for product and refund. Please call if you need any more information.
