Sir, I had place an order as on 06/03/2014, No. S80230715. The payment also made by DEBITCARD. Unfortunately upto 04/04/2014 almost 28 Days get left, but delivery of such product has not been done.
It is one of my wrost experience with WHAAKY group.
This is very shameful for the company, that almost every time the phone of the company is busy. From last 28 days I make more than 500 calls to your company. Due to mercy of GOD company executives pick the call. Each and every time they have LEARNT SLOGANS………..
1. Sir, Your goods is preparing to ship.
2. Sir, Goods will be delivered after 2 Days surely.
3. Sir, We are the best of the best
4. Sir, You will got a message & Email for this.
5. Sir, Woodland company only supply us 300 pair of shoes in one Day.
6. Sir, Black Hammer Company is not supplying the product.
7. Sir, Because your goods is not delivered at time, we are sending an aluminium wallet as a gift, with the product.
Such statements are not sufficient to get rid from your liability. I don’t understand, that if company is not capable to deliver the product, then why they are booking the goods?
These type of activities are affecting the GOODWILL of the company in negative, and known as a CYBERCRIME.
Due to some reason your delivery was delayed but it doesn’t make sense that we are making fool to anyone. We at whaaky always ensure to satisfy all our customers. Thats the only reason that we are even ready to answer your quiries when ever or where ever you prefered.
