It has been more than 20 days that I have been waiting for that item. Still it is showing status as “Preparing to ship”. I called the customer care number 9533495334 almost 50 times. Every time it was saying that “all our executives are busy”. I wrote mails to [email protected] more than 5 times. But I was not successful to get a single reply.
What can I do?
