there is a website known as Just on EMI. i booked a Apple i-Phone white gold 16 GB from this website.
Alok named executive was contacting me for further process he messaged me you bank details by saying that just on emi is collaborated with funtastic holidays. and on monday i make the transfer of 3940 from lucknow ICICI bank branch Sec-19 Indira nagar.
no he is not responding the calls of mine. and yet i didn’t received my phone as he committed that by today i will get my phone.
he told me that he passed my loan from icici bank , i asked the details of that loan which has been passed from icici bank, he even didnt forward me those details . i asked him for trackin id for my product to track it out where it is currently but he didnt help me out in this too.
kindly help me out in this problem or i am going to file a fraud case in consumer Forum and RTI against Funtastic holidays and Juston EMI and against Alok too with all his contact number 9582996185/9582995671
