Name: Saurabh Goyal Journey Details: Bangalore to Pune, Date : Jan 2, 2016 Pickup from Indiranagar, Near RTO Office(Bangalore) @9:00 PM Bus no: KA 25/C8544, Seat no: 26 TIN no : TJ2447977273 Reached pick up location on time and boarded on pick up vehicle on time but when I reached at the bus station to board the bus, bus was gone without boarding the passengers from your own pickup vehicle. And there is not even a single person at your office who can take the responsibility to assign me a different bus. I want all my refund for the inconvenience caused and in the future I will make sure people in my circle don’t board your bus.It’s a shame you guys can’t even take the responsibility of boarding your own passengers
