I had placed an order #R227755704 with this useless online shopping site called Voonik….not expecting to have such a worthless service….their customer care is worthless!!! Their delivery is worthless!!! And best is…they have all the reasons in the world listed to give to their customers… They think they are smart enuf to fool around without being retaliated… The CEO Sujayath Ali is of no good too as after dropping him a message too I got nothing actioned… I guess he should shut down voonik and get into something else if he cannot have a team dedicated to good customer service.
These kind of useless sites pollute the online shopping experience for customers..should shut down!!!!
