In my recent billing there were 14 items shown some downloading app charges. I never tried and downloaded those apps in my mobile. However Vodofone charged against me around extra INR-1020/- ( hello1_tvallsouth_ 30, wapvilla_ppd 99, d2c_shotformats_ti 99, d2c_mydala_99, d2c_mazaa_49, d2c_ndtv_valuepk_99, shotformat_dwnlp_99, d2c_mgossip_pack49*2times, d2c_mydala_99*3 times, d2c_mazaa_49, con_npci_1.5 ) For the past four years I never got this much amount at once. Approached customer service but the responds is not favor to me.
