Stop using postpaid connection of Vodafone they are fraudulently charging download charges every month ,and are not refunding. The problem is with postpaid connection and not with prepaid connection . SO STOP USING POSTPAD CONNECTION IMMEDIATELY . Make complains before TRAI.
