I am Praveen Kumar. My mobile no is 8588821769. I am charged extra bill of ruppes 198 by Vodafone telephone bill regarding hello1_tvallsouth and d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9. on 3 January 2015 bill. Which had not used by me. I do not know that Vodafone gives which type of service to customers. I have complaint several times about bill to customer care support team. Same happened a month ago, in that case they refunded to me. I am using Vodafone post paid plan since 5 month , during these month they have charged me 3 times extra bill. When I have complained about it then they refunded next month. If we consider 1000 of customers suffering from these problem, then Vodafone collected huge amount , after then they create new business by cheating the customer, When sincere people take action regarding this then they refunded amount excluding taxes , but many of the don’t take action, consequently Vodafone get profit by cheating.

Yes I am facing the same problem.
They have charged me extra 198 for same two services mentioned by Praveen kumar (“hello1_tvallsouth” and “d2c_ndtv_valuepk”).
When i asked in customer care they said it was downloaded by me and not ready to pay the refund.
And I have not downloaded any thing like this.
please suggest how to deal with this situations?
