My name is mukesh and my Vodafone number is 991159674. Vodafone has been changed an extra or rs 197 since 3 month as downloading charges like Wapvilla ppd and hellotvsouth and i have called to their customers care bit they said it is a downloading charges which i have not did and they deny to waived my amount So what should i do Please give me some suggestion.
