Hi I’m using Vodafone from the very beginning at the time of HUTCH. Earlier, the service was good in vodafone. But recently the service is very very worst.
Especially for 3G services they are charging extra amount for download charges under the name “wapvilla_ppd”.
Also, recently the customer care services and the vodafone store peoples behaving very worst, they are not responding well. There intention is to earn more money in short period from their loyal customers.
If vodafone keep on doing this, all their customers will choose their competitors.
Bloody service…..
Same here i am using vodafone from 2005.. this type is issues raised several times.. this is charges is pathetic..
i am also charged wapvilla
