VIJAY JOSHI OMAN – Order Not Received

I booked Fastrack watch from snapdeal on 2nd March whose estimated delivery date was 11th March, they couriered the order to me via your service ( Order Track No – 83049448) . While tracking the order it shows that order is delivered on 10th March but I do not receive the order till now.
My request is to provide me the address & mobile number of Operation facility at Haldwani so that I can personally go there and know what is the actual problem of non-delivery of item.

I attached hereby the screenshot of Order Tracking.

Please do the needful at the earliest as I already get too much delay in delivery of order.
