I have subscribed 1 year package on 25.03 .14 from your agent but my channels was disconnected today due insufficient balance. How this is possible?? By rite my channels should be active until 2014 april. Futhermore I always received message” Please top up cause insufficient balance”. Looks like the agent is paying on monthly basis which he should have been paid for 1 year. So the agent has cheated me by collected 1 year cash.

Please do necessary action on my complaint otherwise I may need to complaint consumer court.
