Lazer hair removal agreement

I had booked a laser hair removal sitting for chest, shoulder and lower abdominal from Vibes laser centre, Siliguri for Rs25,000/-(Twenty five thousand Rs only) in 2 installments started in July 2014. It was assured for 90-95% hair removal in 7 sitting and 1st sitting was provided at Vibes centre, Green park, New delhi during my visit in July 2014 and last sitting, infact 9th one in September 2016, but no improvement was marked in my hair growth. It was a cheating and exaggerate of advertisement in service by this reputed hair and beauty saloon. Hence it is submitted for appropriate action against the firm and provide compensation
