Via.com – Refund of cancelled tickets

Dear Sir, I got booked tickects for DEL – AMD dt.10/12/2015 AMD – DEL dt. 11/12/2015 and later i got cancelled these tkts with Indigo, The proc of VIA of refund the amt is very worst and they deduct the major part of refund in commision, while asking for it they said that we are refunding your amount, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH VIA for refund of tickets, they cheated with us. I will suggest that if you want to book a ticket online, then check the fare on these sites and get book the ticket with associated AirLines sites directly. Sunil Bajaj
