Verchaska InfoTech – Not giving experience and relieving letter

I had been placed in Verchaska through capus placement of my B.E college K.J.Somaiya
On 3rd June 2013 I joined this company after which we the batch of 13 freshers were given two months traininig.
After completing the training they asked us for those who want to join product tean will have to sign an agreement in which it was stated that product team will be undergoing special traning and since they are investing so much they want us to abide to in an agreement where if we leave before 2 years(period applicable from date of joining) we have to pay two lakh rupees.
From the august itself there were salary delays, we were not given two months salary. Out of all freshers 6 of them signed the agreement. Since they were not paying us on time they extended the probation period by one month. Inthat on month duration one person who signed the same agreement resigned and recieved all documents and left the company. Other guy who had signed the same agreement had resigned after the probation period but sill was relieved without serving the notice period and the reason given for relieving him was the company failed to send the confirmation mail to him so neither the bond nor the notice period is applicable.
In Oct the HR director of the company herself had made a clear statement that unless and untill the two months salary is not paid out and all are not getting their regular salary on time the bond is not applicable.
I resigned on 19th May 2014, wherein i had not recieved that two months salary and was ready to give service till 6th June and was complete the notice period by giving up the two months salary and salary of may month also. But according to them the bond(agreement is very much applicable) and they were asking me to pay 1,74,861 rupees for breaking the bond.
The bond is not legal it is actually a single piece of paper which is an agreement which they have told us to sign. I requested them a lot but they were sticking to the point that they will not give relieving letter and will send a legal notice if i break the bond due to which i discontinued working for the company on 28th May 2014.
As all other freshers who had signed the same bond were allowed to go with proper relieving and experience letter even i want it as i have worked hard for that company and given up my three months salary (which could be considered as byout for not serving three months notice period).
