We have visited Sri venkateswara Coffee House situated at busy Lakdikapul area in front of the police head quarters and upcomig Lakdikapul metro station in Hyderabad with 2 small kids and family members.
We have been served spoiled aaloo curry along with Poori which was intended for the kids aged 4 & 7 years. When complained the staff admitted they knew that the curry was spoiled yet were serving the same. The staff behaved in reckless manner and had minimum concern towards the health of consumers. The kids especially are sensitive and prone to ill effects of adulteration and spoiled food.
We were returned our bill amount but the staff / management needs to be taken to task by the concerned authroties. Shame that some one is so careless and insensitive.
