i booked two tickets to Allagadda from Hyd. on 28.8.2014 through abhibus.com in veera travels AC bus. But veera travels failed to arrange the said bus on 28.8.2014, they have directed us to travel in Manohar travles bus (which is non AC bus). ‘We have travelled in the bus and I contacted the veera travels people to refund the difference amount fare (1670-670), but they have not responded to my call. I request you to enquire on this and refund my extra fare i have paid.
