I had booked a premium floor in vatika India Next township, Sector 82 C, Gurgaon. Already paid more than 70% of money. Now the unit is ready and when its time for me to get the possition of this property, company’s peoples are forceing me to change the Unit. I already have Builder-Buyer agreement with Plot no., Unit no. etc.
I came to know that the same thing they have done with lots of innocent people. They are selling the old units at a high additional profit margins.
I request all the booking holders of premium floor to come together and fight against the company cheating activities and to save our rights at every level. Please shares your details at [email protected]

They cheated me too! i paid full money but after 5 years as the prise rose 3 folds they cancelled the project to sell to other customers at higher rate.
