Regarding getting completely diffrent and cheap product

I have got totally wrong and cheap quality product from which i had ordered from there site.on the same day i mailed them for return but they denied the return by saying that product is not defective and they are sorry that their product couldnt meet my expections which is totally unprofessional and fraud they jst cant send any random product with very cheap quality ,pathetically stitched to the customer in return of good amount of money.totally fraud ….
I have got totally wrong product. I had order there site. But you are not delivered to right items. Return your items and send money for my account. Thanx
Very cheap quality product pls dont buy any pruduct from this site. The product is diffrent from the images like raste ka maal but costly. Not worth it. Its fraud with online buyers……
