I placed an order by mistake and when I asked to cancel the lady on the other side said that it can’t be cancelled as the order has been dispatched. So I asked for online payment and she sent me a link and I paid rs.1704.Since then I have not received any update related to the product and the customer care is not replying to my mails or messages. I placed the order on 5th and since then the status of the order is confirmed only.
