Dress that I bought

I bought “DESIGNER PARTY DRESS – NAVY BLUE COLOR”
· When I received the dress the order read ‘BLACK COLOR”.
· The color of the dress recd is 200% different from the color that I chose.
· The dress that I received is of grey faded color. No where close to the color I chose.
· The design shows flare at the bottom, whereas the dress, I received, is a plain on with no flare
· Party dresses are never starched. The quality is of road side material, somewhat of a bed sheet of poor quality.
So, in a nutshell,
1. Color does not match
2. Design does not match
3. Quality does not match, poor quality
The return policy in their website is a simple one, but they are not agreeing to return my money.
To resolve this issue no one is calling me from Vastrova inspite of repeated request.
If this company is an honest one, I don’t see any reason why would someone not call me to resolve the issue ?
