Vastrova – poor quality and fake people

I ordered a dress worth 1600 and they charged GST as 192, so in total i have paid 1792 and the dress what we have got is totally fake.. not at all matching the image shown in website. When I requested for return over mail, I got a reply saying send the order ID, pic of the dress and shipping invoice, and after sending those details, they are telling they wil deduct 250 rupees as processing fees and refund the money on wallet. There is no point in getting the money on wallet as there is no trust in getting one more garment from this website and when I asked about the same, now there is no reply from them at all. On top of all these, we need to self courier the dress to Surat by spending some money and there is no guarentee whether refund really happens or not.
Even I had made a purchase on vastrova.com, and was defrauded. In my case, they didn’t even give me an invoice, besides delivering poor quality product. Now they are creating problems in refunding the amount. Can you please give me their GST number, as I am planning to take up this matter legally. I feel they are not even registered under GST, nor with RBI for maintaining wallet account of customers.
