Not returning product

I ordered a suit, which I received has differed stuff, size and stitching is too local, so not worth. That was of 1650, but i paid 1850 for COD. I placed request to return it but now they are not returning by saying that product is not damaged so can not return it. Their policy said that if u dont like it then return it. It doesn’t say that if its damaged then only can b return. I wasted my 1850 rs.
