Incorrect product and materials with stains

I ordered 4 dress materials and out of that 1 dress material had stains, 1 was completely an incorrect one (something different from what I ordered). Even after sending pictures and emails and everything, they are clearly refusing to take back the order. They say they only take if the material is damaged, dont understand how a stain on fabric is not considered as damage. And what about the completely different order, why I should even take something that I didnt order.
