Defective Dress Received – please help with a refund

Hi Team,
I received a dress fro Vastrova.com on 5th Jan’18 worth Rupees 1736/-. The dress received is defective. the embroidery on the front of the dress is so poor and damaged the fabric to an extent the holes can be seen through. The picture of dress seen on the website is a beautiful yellow color floor length dress with a banarasi style dupatta whereas, the dress received is a cheap quality dress with a pathetic dupatta. The stitching done is uneven too. I have sent multiple mails on the id- [email protected]
I have attached a collage of 4 pics – 1st pic is of the original dress that is seen on the website and the rest 3 are the ones i received.
Please help me get my hard earned money back!

I purchased a selwar from vasttova of 1450+172=1624 rs.. It’s completely a fake product.. I sent a email but they didn’t respond

I received a product from vastrova on 25-02-2019 but it was not like that it was shown in the picture and it was not worth of money at all I want to return the product and refund for the product.There is no customer care number to contact then how can people reach you with just a mail
