Bad quality product

I purchased a product after paying 1900Rs online for a lehenga material.When I received the product I realized that it’s a really low quality cheap synthetic material which is has no match with what they shown in their website.when I tried to return and get a refund ,they are saying I’ll have to self courier it and my money will be added to their vastrova wallet and also some 250Rs will be reduced as part of shipping and COD charges.When I mailed them I want my money in my account as I don’t want any future shopping from your company, they said their company policy won’t allow money transfers to any bank accounts…They don’t give any contact numbers…Only possible conversation is through mails that too to get a reply I will have to wait for a whole day…Such fraud company…Hope more people won’t fall for their cheap tricks..
