Cheating customer by sending cheap product

This company is a total fraud company.
1) They send the cheap quality of work and does not match to the pic mentioned online. I can see the attached clothe on the bottom of the dress.
2) they mention it as free shipping and when u wish to return is as its a defective one they will ask u to pay 250 bucks as shipping charges and return it through self courier.
3) I have been continuously writing a mail to them about the cheat and refund the amount to my bank account as I made online payment. Still they are stubborn to put it in wallet and purchase another product. Sheer waste of money and time.

Online fraud is increasing day by day. Please look into our issue seriously as even I got poor quality product which 500 they have sold for 2000. On asking return they are stubborn refusing, please take lawful action for such fraud companies

The same product is been delivered to my home and I have also undergone cheating order number VT155250659249v request you to return back the amount and we will b shortly raising a consumer complaint
