Cheap quality product, no return

I bought an anarkali dress for Rs2005, but the product received is completely different from the picture. The cloth fabric is polyster and looks cheap ansd flimsy. The size is also smaller. When asked for return, they said that as the product is not damaged they will not take a return. Fraud website.
