there are some company by name ” VALUE FINVEST PVT LTD ” ,”FIRST IDEA SERVICES ” , “PRAISE VALUE CARD PVT LTD ” who all are tied up each other. These are unlisted register companies which are not safe for any sort of transactions.
Here by i will tell my worst experience with private finace company like them for loan.
I got a call from delhi mobile no. from a person called Ankit Tiwari in the month of april 2015 saying that they are calling from Value finvest company , which has head office in kolkatta and said they have branches . they said will provide loan for professional people like doctors etc.. with reducing 9% rate of interest and required documents are degree certificate , pan card , address proof , and 6 months of bank statement . and also assured there wont be any consequences . if so the will return the amount
Also said we need to pay Rs. 35000 for emi value added card which is of refundable and kept as safety deposit where first few emis if we dont pay will deduct from that .
I agreed and proposed for 10 lakh loan and sent a cheque on the name of value added card pvt ltd through courier .
Later i got a call from Aditya Roy saying that my cibl score is not upto the mark so it has to be corrected and each points will cost some amount and made me pay 70500,
Later again i got a call from anushka saying that she is incharge of my loan process and my loan is unsecured and need to make a policy of 1 lakh of one premium only where they said in case of my death or i wont pay, it will help . they convinced me and made to pay half yearly premium of Rs 50000.
some days later I got a call again from anushka as well as shiven sharma saying that as there was a problem of cibl score my amount will be transferred from rbi through D D and need to bear DD charges of rs 46500 which is again refundable and made me pay that too .
they had given a decided date of transaction.
I was waiting for their call when the date was near i enquired and got to know there was one more issue to be sorted which was said by Shiven sharma saying that my D D of 122000 is ready and as it is above ten lakhs it comes under high value transaction and need to open high value transcation account through rbi . and shiven said that amount from rbi will be sent with round figure of 15 or 20 or 25 lakhs , so as my dd is 122000 i need to adjust for near value as 15 lakhs , so the difference amount of 298000 to be paid and that also be refunded all together . And they made me to pay that too in the name of First idea services ,
A person by name Sowmya avasthi called me and told me to keep the original documents ready for verification and once verified the amount will be transferred within 2 days. so i was waiting for that day . No one came for verifcation . Later when enquired she was expecting the comission of rs 75000 which is of non refundable and to transfer for differnt account in the name of Praise value card of jaipur branch which she said .
So i was helpless and need to finish the job . So i made the payment .
And inspite of all these procedures they kept on postponed the dates to transfer .
And now they are saying that the fund is got over and exceeded the limit of transaction and cant pay the money . Its a total mess and i got trapped in it and lost all my money
I believe these private finance company like “value finvest “people can be ready to convince with their highly talented cheating skills .
these people will utilise our money in share market and take their commission and other benefits . They will play with us emotionally to any extent they want and make us trap.
