Vainavi/Green Broad Band – Not installing the internet

Dear Sir,

I paid Rs.1800/- for the Internet connection 3 months package on September 4th but till now they have not installed the Internet. Repeated calls to the company are also not solving the problem. They are also not refunding the amount.
