3months back I ordered 2dresses that quality of both r very cheap so I returned requested for replace.so after 1week I got an email with coupon till 3months validity.so I waited for 2months.recently I ordered and applied my coupon but there is no response to my order .when I go through my account der is showing order is pending and I called so many times to uttam vastra.der is no anyone to speak in English.dey are saying coupon is applied and some Yusuf patan dey are telling to dat unknown person delivered my shipment.how can they delivered to unknown customer without calling to der mobile number.so right now dey are saying they can’t help.the uttam vastra company only taken my coupon used.I wasted my money 1400rs.this the very fraud site with fraud people.when iam asking to that unknown person mobile number they are saying this is company rule OK so you can also call them right?without any order number how dey can use.they are saying just we can’t help.completely fraud people with fraud site..I want my money return or replace my products.
