Sir, My name is Debayan Konar.I purchase a rrb non technical arhent publisher’s book, on 31 Dec 2015 which price was 203/-. My order no is UR15123120170148 and payment ref no is CCACL1AAA407(through net banking). There was written that they can deliver my book within 3 to 4 days. But now also they can’t send any further email or sms regarding my order’s status. Yesterday I call them they are saying that my book is out of stock and they refund my money & regarding that related sms they send me yesterday. After when they can’t send any email I call them today & again they are saying same thing. Now also I can’t get any email. So sir please help me about refunding my money and take necessary action against them.
