Me and my friend went to the place and got to see two pool tables with all the equipments, so we decided on playing a frame or two, but eventually we got to know from employee, Govind Jha, that we were bound to pay Rs. 250 for half an hour of game on the table, and we wouldn’t get any receipt for it, and later when we inquired while leaving, the manager stated that they haven’t gotten the license, hence they were not rendering receipts, I felt highly cheated and unsatisfied and think this kind of behavior at such exorbitant prices should not be tolerated.I expect a reimbursement and an apology on their parts of misconduct.
