Tyreonwheels – amount paid but there is no response regarding my order

i have ordered a tyre on 7dec 15 and my order id is TOW14862dec289658 while tracking about my order it still appears processing.i have tried in all the ways to contact them and the executive always says he will ring me up later but they are not at all providing any solution so help me regarding this
