Dear,
I have booked a bus form hyderabad to bangalore service number 1338. The bus layout is showing different in online. In online it was showing last but one row, however if I enter into bus it was showing last row. If ask same to the driver he was so rude and irresponsible. Tsrtc site don’t have better features layout is the problem and don’t have single lady. Please check some other sites and upgrade your site. Please take some action on driver guide them how to behavior with customers.
