LUGGAGE LOSS

COMPLAINT ON TSRTC : LOST LUGGAGE (more than Rs 10,000 worth)IN BUS DUE TO TSRTC NOT PROVIDING DICKY KEYS TO DRIVER

Date of Journey : 15 Jan 2019 (Vijayawada to Hyderabad)

At Vijayawada bus station while boarding the bus , driver forced me to keep luggage at backside cabin of the bus (dicky) not allowed me to place inside the bus due to heavy size of luggage.So the driver took the luggage and placed at dicky and did not inform that there is no keys.

While getting down at L.B Nagar at 5:00 AM there was no luggage and when i asked driver he says that cabin is not locked. Driver did not inform to me about this while boarding the bus that he has not locked it or Tsrtc has not provided keys to driver.Driver was saying after getting down that Vanaparthi depot has not provided any cabin keys. Luggage contains 7 pairs costly dresses,2 pairs sports shoes and some medicine stuff and others.

Already i have lodged complaint TSRTC Helpline – Ticket ID : 35356 but no use.Kindly look into it do the justice.
