EXCESS CHARGING

Sir,
I K.L.Ravindranadh, travelled in TSRTC bus on 02.10.2018 from Vijayawada to JBS. The Bus details are as under (Photo copy of the ticket is enclosed):
Depot : Medchal
TNA127644 02/10/2018 Ticket issued @ 23.27 Hrs. Bus started at Vijayawada @ 23.50 Hrs. Actual fare on the ticket is Rs.476/-. I gave Rs.500/- note and waiting for the change. To my surprise, I was asked one more Rs.100/- by the Driver stating that these seats come under Driver quota. I insisted for authority for charging extra for which he had no reply. But I have not paid that Rs.100/-, and the Driver did not returned the balance of Rs.24/-. This happened not only for me, but also for all the last five seats of which one ticket is to Medchal.
I am enclosing the copy of the bus ticket for knowing the driver name.
Therefore, I request the authorities to keep a watch on these drivers who are indulging in this type of corruption and save the public and protect the image of TSRTC in public view.
