We booked a ticket from tsrtcbus.in on 13th July 2015 from Hyderabad mgbs to Vijayawada @21.00.But the bus came 2 and half hours late.when we asked to transfer to other bus,the staff denied at the mgbs booking counters.I was told that the bus is late everyday and they can’t refund my money.
My question is,if the bus is coming late everyday,why is it not updated accordingly in the website which is causing inconvenience to passengers.
That day,we bought tickets for another bus n travelled.Requesting you to look into this and help me in getting my refund.service no is 7771
