At two occasions, in 2014 and 2015, Travelkhana took online food delivery request and did not deliver at mentioned stations. They simply said ” sorry”. But me and my family had to face lots of inconvinience as food is the basic necessity during long distance travel. The guys who run such business should know the CTQs of their business well or should just stop harrasing customers. If you need more details, let me know
