Toshiba LED 32″ Cricket TV – Replacement

I bought the Toshiba LED 32″ Cricket TV 13 months ago, we started having problem on the screen about a month ago and we called Toshiba customer care they sent a technician after 5 days who just checked the TV and told us that the LED panel has to be replaced. then he left stating that it will be replaced within a week, our complaint number is SR9G0028848

It’s about a month we are getting run around by their customer care that your LED panel will be replaced and some times it takes two weeks which is already past. They are asking to contact Toshiba Service centre in Gurgaon. we have been trying to contact them since then but all the number they have provided comes busy when dialled. today i called customer service which is I am doing since last week and after 5 calls and much shouting I got call from Manpreet of Gurgaon service center who told us that company stopped making panels for our TV which is pure lie as when I bought the TV it was Toshiba’s latest model in the market. Manpreet gave us two different choice to get the TV replaced and told us to pay few a little amout to get either of them and he gave his number to call him back after what we have decide to get (TV). when we call back that number which is 9990907773 it says please check the number you’ve dialled. All other number we have been provided by customer care to reach the Service Centre is busy. it’s been a month since we first called the customer care for the issue and we are still waiting to get our TV replaced.
