We had ordered 4 bean bags from ThouMuz enterprises with shipping charges paid extra… but the same has not been delivered its over 4 weeks and they do not seem to answer phone calls etc. Their website too is fake. Plz help. Merchandise worth Rs. 2500/- has not been delivered.
