When we send mail for reservations, Pacific Holiday World claims the booking window will open 10-15 days in advance, but when we send reservation mail within the specified time frame, they claim inventory is sold out.

They are misleading the public and obtaining money on behalf of membership even though they have no affiliations with any hotels.
They are a complete fraud organization.

I need my membership fee back.
Mr. AsHwini Verma, a representative of their company, is also a fraud because he tricks people.
