This complaint relates to a membership scam that is marketed to customers as a 5-star getaway.
When we signed up for membership and paid 80,000 for five years, we were told that we could stay in Goa for three days for free and receive complimentary breakfast. However, after we paid, we received an email informing us that we would ultimately have to pay 7200 in utility and breakfast costs.
We objected to this because their sales team member Anuja and her manager Deepak failed to inform us of it.
After that, a Senior Manager by the name of Sachin, one of their representatives, promised to take this up and assist us with our cancellation request, but at least give the property one try before canceling.
