Teleskybrands – Received product worth Rs. 275/- in place of product worth Rs. 3600/-

I have ordered a jointex which costs Rs. 3600/- as shown on site but I received product by courier after payment of 3600/- i found that a butterfly massager packed inside which costs only Rs. 275- vide invoice No. TSB 5241 when contacted for complaint i recieved a complaint No. 7067720 but till date i could not get any response now they r even not receiving my call.
