TELESHOPPING PRODUCT – DUPLICATE PRODUCT

I ordered a home appliance called V-Slicer..from the website http://vslicer.in/…which according to website sells the v-slicer at 1490…the product on the website looked authentic and has pictutres of the product which was the same as the authentic product available in germany….the retailer agreed to send me the same product for cash on delivery….with no extra delivery cost…i agreed to it…and today when i recieved the product it was the same CHEAP quality product which is availabe for around 400 rupees on other webites…when trying to contact the retailer…they are not picking up the phone…as i paid cash on delivery…and the retailer uses a consumer phone number…thus i have been cheated by 1500 rupees…futher the retailer assured that there is a one year guarantee on the prduct…but there is no guarantee card with the product…the shop name in MUMBAI is TELESHOPPING PRODUCT…460, REGIONAL TOWER, MUMBAI ANDHERI EAST-400069
