Sir, I am using the above mentioned credit card & never gone in default. On 25 may i have booked ticket from kathmandu to delhi dated 5th june from technosoft using my above mentioned kotak credit card. 8126 was deducted & as per the bank record merchant has claimed the money however i have not received any message, email & ticket.
