My name is Prakhar Dubey, Am 24 year old. There is fraud going on with too many Indian customer like us. Comany Name is :TBdress.com.
I would like to bring this notice as a major concern with lots of indian customer who do online purchasing.
On 22nd jan 2016 at 11.45 PM i confirmed a order which was (Shoulder block men’s quilted coat) with order no : 3655327)
by my credit card ending with ***1903.
Initially i was suppose to get this product in 20 days as it was coming from outside of india.but it was fraud , means completely fraud.There was no communication done by vendor. when after waiting till 9th feb. they said they are going to re manufacture and asked me wait again 20 days , there was not way i can track my order.
I asked them to refund my money on 16th feb , then they asked me to wait again 5 days.now its been more then 5 days i dont have odered product and my money.
I went online to check that am i the only one having this issue ..then i was shocked that this vendore is playing with lots of indian and other customer .initialy they provide huge discount but once the order confirmed it gets worst ..
Please please please help me to get my mondey back from them.
Also i would blame Facebook corp. to allow these fraud company’s to run there adds on there pages.
ITS A SCAM GOING ON AND IT SHOULD GET STOP ASAP
