Actually the problem is that since 4 months my tata sky box is not receiving signal regularly ,it goes off surprisingly and when we call to helpline no they send a technician but he does not do his work sincerely,he is unable to detect the problem.By doing his work he takes his charge of Rs 200 but our problem is not yet solved.Its a request that please see into the problem otherwise i will knock into the doors of higher authorities as well as i will cut my connection
